  • Movement + Fascial Release

    Using a combination of functional movement, manual therapy, myofascial release, structural integration and Pilates + yoga principles, each session is designed to bring your body into physical alignment. This highly effective method can reduce pain, aide in injury recovery, restore core function, increase strength, flexibility, energy + endurance, address neuromuscular conditions, and so much more. Our In person sessions utilize the Pilates Cadillac, Reformer, Mat and props. Virtual sessions are adapted to the props and equipment in your home.

  • Pilates + Yoga

    Pilates is an exercise system that can be done on the mat or using Pilates equipment such as the reformer or cadillac and various props. We offer a contemporary approach to Pilates that focuses on correcting postural imbalances and improving overall strength, flexibility and health.

    Yoga has many styles and can be adapted to every body for any purpose. Our experience in Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra allow us to create a program based on your goals to meet you where you are. Whether you are new to yoga, healing from injury or trauma, wanting to reduce stress or deepen your practice.

  • Reiki + Thai Massage

    Reiki is a profound Japanese energetic healing technique that brings balance to both the energetic and physical body. It can be used to balance the chakras, reduce stress, improve sleep + digestion, eliminate pain in the body and address symptoms of illness.

    Thai Massage (or Thai Yoga) is a form of manual therapy that combines a massage technique with assisted stretches to release tension, realign the body, treat muscle imbalances, improve flexibility + circulation and restore balance and vitality to the body.

    These can be booked as separate treatments or combined into one healing session.
